The grocery department is my responsibility. We follow Super Food’s philosophy of offering high quality products and great customer service. In addition, we try to keep our prices low by keeping our margins low. This is not always an easy task because we have to import all our products and sometimes we are dependent on external factors. We try to deal with this issue by improving our ordering system and planning. Our fresh products are delivered twice a week now, which helps us even out the supply and avoid empty shelves. We offer practically all Dutch A-brands and a selection of American and South-American brands. Our store brands O’Lacy and Jumbo stand for “high quality at the lowest price.” That’s what Dutch people like. Every week we have some very attractive Bonus Specials, with discounts up to 50%.
